Emily + Nathan's Outdoor Wedding - Julietta Winery in Clarksburg, CA

I had the honor of photographing Emily and Nathan’s wedding at the beautiful Julietta Winery in Clarksburg, CA last month. It was such a perfect day. As soon as I got there, I could already sense their happy vibes. The bride was beaming and the bridal party was excited to celebrate. The girls were a hoot. You know that song “Pony” by Ginuwine? Well, lets just say that it was their jam. It totally brought me back to my girls and my wedding day. Emily and her girls were so much fun to be around.

Across the way, the boys were hanging out and getting ready. They were also amped up and super excited. I loved listening to Nate and his best man as they laughed and told me stories of about each other. I learned that his best man has a thing for Disneyland and both Nate and Emily honored it in their wedding. Nate wore the Mickey socks that were given to him at best man’s wedding and Emily borrowed the Mickey pin that her MOH used for her very own bouquet. These little touches is what truly makes this wedding special. They added their own flare and personalities into planning their wedding and wanted to make sure that they included their friends and family too.

As the night continued, we snuck the couple away for a little bit of alone time together and captured some intimate moments between the two of them during sunset. They giggled, danced, and really just snuggled up to each other.

And of course, I can’t write about their wedding and not mention how adorable Emily’s dad is. I can’t even put into words how great he is. From standing watch, to making sure Emily was warm enough, there wasn’t anything he wouldn’t do for his baby girl.
