They say love moves mountains. Sometimes, it also moves traffic and snow.

Mallory and Kyle’s elopement story is a perfect example of love overcoming the odds. Days leading up to their elopement, a massive snowstorm had already closed roads and blanketed the area in white. But on the morning of their special day, the storm began to calm, and the roads reopened.

Due to the snowstorm, the state park was unable to plow the designated ceremony area. What might have seemed like a disaster turned into a blessing in disguise. The park staff, unable to stick to the usual rules, gave Mallory and Kyle the rare opportunity to choose any spot in the park for their ceremony. Instead of being confined to the gazebo, and with photo restrictions lifted, they were free to get marry wherever their hearts desired.

And so, we set to work. We plowed our own trail through the snow, carving out a path, stomping down the snow to create the perfect spot for the ceremony. The result? A breathtaking, intimate location surrounded by nature’s raw beauty. And not another soul in sight!

The snow even stopped falling and the sun peeked through the clouds, just in time for their ceremony!

The day was nothing short of perfect—a testament to the power of love, a little adventure, and a touch of good fortune. Mallory and Kyle couldn’t have asked for a more memorable, beautiful start to their married life.
